Xiomara Romain

Founder & Managing Director

As a founder and managing director, Xiomara invests her soul and purpose into every project that she works on. Trained in organizational leadership, public policy and nonprofit management, she works with leaders and teams to create innovative strategies, build inclusive cultures, and develop effective program models. She is passionate about helping BIPOC leaders find joy, discover their intersectional power and dismantle outdated and antiquated practices that have held communities of color back for centuries. 

Xiomara currently serves as the Executive Director and Vice President of Organizational Impact for LIFT, Inc. There she oversees programming, fundraising, partnerships, policy, external relations and provides thought partnership to the executive leadership team.

As a seasoned scholar, teacher, and practitioner, Xiomara has led projects with government, public schools and the nonprofit sector. In her role with Soul Purpose, she partners with artists, consultants, writers, behavioral scientists and disrupters who are passionate about doing consulting differently.
