We are a team of liberators who care deeply about our communities and the wellbeing and safety of BIPOC leaders and women. 

Our Soul

BIPOC founded and led, we've spent over two decades in the corporate, nonprofit, government and education sectors. We believe race, equity, inclusion and belonging is more than just a hashtag. Real systems change can only occur if we begin to identify the root causes of inequity, exclusion and injustice.  

Our Purpose

Our consulting approach is grounded in the importance of relationships, helping leaders build self-awareness gain strategic clarity and get results. Our work integrates liberatory principles and does not conform to traditional and often toxic talent practices-including quota driven diversity recruitment and hiring, limiting performance management practices, non-inclusive leadership development, performative learning and evaluation and other progressive disciplines. It's what we refer to as the fourth way.
