Soul Purpose

Welcome to Soul Purpose Consulting, a collective dedicated to the professional wellness, capacity building and leadership development of BIPOC led organizations and women of color. For far too long, many of the frameworks, tools and resources on leadership and consulting practice were created by and for white-led organizations and center dominate Western perspectives. Soul Purpose Consulting was created to disrupt the consulting status quo.

About

Welcome to Soul Purpose Consulting. A firm dedicated to the professional wellness, capacity building and leadership development of BIPOC led-organizations and women of color. Many of the frameworks, tools and resources on leadership were created by and for white-led organizatons and center dominate Western perspectives . Moreover, existing leadership programs and consulting firms fail to center the lived experiences of leaders of color. Soul Purpose was founded by women of color so we are intentional about not only elevating BIPOC leaders and women voices but providing culturally responsible strategies, tools and resources.
